Cyber Auditing Office

Reports about improper requests made using an employee’s position or information about corruption are received and processed. Reports can be made by name or anonymously, and the reporter is informed of the results.

  • Information on the results of the report is provided for each type of report.
  • However, this information may not be provided if the source of the report is not clear.

Protection of Whistleblowers

The content of suggestions and reports is transmitted to the person in charge of reports, and whistleblowers will experience no disadvantages due to filing a report. The identity of a whistleblower and the content of the report will never be made public.

Guaranteed Secrecy

The secrecy of a whistleblower’s identity is guaranteed unless they agree to have it made public.

Protection of Position

Whistleblowers are protected from being disadvantaged or discriminated against because of making a report, giving testimony, or providing material.

Exemption from Responsibility

If mistakes or errors on the part of the whistleblower are discovered in the course of investigating a report, the whistleblower can be exempted from responsibility.
